Kate says: I have never seen a squirrel since we don't have them here in New Zealand. However, I was always fascinated by them as a very young child. I loved the way they would stash food away for the winter. Even now if I score a pair of shoes (or something else I need) on sale, I will often get two pair and stash one away, lol!
Actually, thinking about it now, I do believe it was a fear thing. I'm probably less inclined to do that now I truly believe my needs are taken care of. :~D
